Don't expect anything other than a snails pace from Child Support Enforcement. Takes a judge over a month just to sign a document. Been 9 months and still isn't completed. File in Marion county. They actually seem to know their butt from their elbow.

Idk, probably depends on why. I stronly suggest calling the clerk first. Seemed like business as usual when I went to get some paperwork- except wear a mask of course. Good luck!
