Even though I understand what is required, and the rationale, for dog licensing, I have been in violation due to my own poor planning and procrastination. So, when "busted", I repeat that I have received kind be, considerate treatment and helpful information. Dog control is here to protect people and animals, and they do a wonderful job, in my experience!
