No cover, no happy hour, dress to impress and bring your wallet, it's not cheap but the view and drinks are both pretty incredible.
It's in several floors up a lot of steps...not sure if there is a lift as didn't use it
If small group is possible but larger groups would be best to book. The bouncer in the street asked us for a reservation before letting us even into the Building
