Wait time is a bit long, more than 3 hours, however, professionals admin would advise ahead and point customers to else where to help customers avoid wait time. Regarding X-ray and other services, are very professionals. I would recommend anyone to use this facility for services. Thank you so much..

The girls in the main desk could have a better attitude but I understand the stress and workload they have on them. But they need to have a better approach to the people coming in already lost of half the stuff to do The technician was a warm greeted and very respectful male. He made my experience more worthwhile in the end.

At first I was having a bad impression of this clinic because I was waiting for five minutes and no one cared any attention to me from the front desk. However, another person then showed up and asked me if I needed help and was very kind. Everything else that followed from there was very smooth and it was a good experience overall. I would recommend:)

I don’t know how you run a business like this. I can’t understand why you don’t make appointments and ask people to wait between 2 and 5 hours. Ridiculous! I left after 2.5 hours as my time is valuable. The only positive was getting a call to say if I came back I could get in right away. The tech was pleasant and it took less than 15 min. Are you just so understaffed? I don’t get it but will avoid going back as it was not a good experience and clearly not customer focused.
