Unfortunately I was picked up in Orlando, FL and driven to apt #106 by Katherine Gieske and told it was OK to sublease. After she received $300 from me, she told me to leave by foot because she didn't want to lose her apartment

Good size appointment but has a small kitchen. Staff is great.

Moved in recently into a one bedroom and really enjoy it. Our building is quiet for the most part the staff is great and professional.

What are the rules for subleasing here at Oceanside Village? Katherine Gieske picked me up in Orlando to begin paying Steve Phillips half of the rent because her drug addiction with Fred was no longer affordable.

They want first and last but I don't know what deposit is rent be like 1bed and bath $600 - for a 2 bed $750

I heard that they Honor Veterans with a lesser security deposit would be a deposit of $350.00 I hope that.correct YES????
