Currently staying here! They had a power surge so we've had a couple room issues and they've fixed each one with kindness. All the rooms have been super clean! The first one the card reader went out and the second the AC had issues (both due to the power surge I believe), but they've taken care of us each time. We truly appreciate their help and kindness. We'll be back for sure!

This newer RI has much smaller rooms than others I have enjoyed. The breakfast was more limited in that lacked walnuts or pecans and no plain or Greek yogurt. On the plus side the staff was helpful, there was a very good fitness room with cardio and weights and a nice pool and hot tub.

Stairs and elevator are available as well as first floor rooms. Great place to stay.
They offer shuttle service for a fee. You are better off Ubering from the hotel to Port Carneveral which is 5min only. We paid $8 for Uber XL
8 to 10 if memory serves me. I believe the gym was open 24 hours though.

Yes. I observed no flooding in the clean and well-lighted staits.
If you call the hotel, they can put you on a list for a shuttle. It's only a 5 minute drive. Cost was $4 a person to get there. You can even schedule a round trip for when you get back from the cruise. It was $6 a night for parking as well.
