If you call the hotel, they can put you on a list for a shuttle. It's only a 5 minute drive. Cost was $4 a person to get there. You can even schedule a round trip for when you get back from the cruise. It was $6 a night for parking as well.
This hotel provides a paid shuttle to the port the morning of departure. PUT YOUR NAME ON THE LIST WHEN YOU CHECK IN THE DAY PRIOR. Also be in the lobby 30 minutes prior TO PAY the shuttle drivers. It is a very chaotic arrangement that they need to work on. The shuttles are vans with tows on the back for your luggage. It's about 10 mins away. There is a long line of traffic going into the port
