If you are in Cape Canaveral, you can stop into the office and we can check it out for you.

You should not have to pay unless weight and size exceeds the amount of both which are allowed on the label. So long as you are returning the item on the same packaging as you received it in. That's an eBay policy. The weight is usually printed on the label.

You can go the USPS website and request a mail hold. I believe you have to set up an account to verify who you are and then request the hold.

Yes. I think the collection time is 4:00 p.m. also, The building is open 24 hours but the service desk has regular business hours

I'm not sure for what reason it shows up that way, but I had same issue last wk w/pckg I sent to NY. It showed up as stuck in a waystation & gave no expected delivery date. I called & was told they'd investigate. Never heard a word back from anyone, but w/in 2 days, they arrived to their NY destination. Hopefully, will be that way for you too!!
