Why were the packages I sent to the Pacific Northwest on 12/14 from Cape Canaveral post office only in Lake Mary FL by the 18th with tracking telling me they're late and giving no expected delivery time? Did an employee screw up?!!

I'm not sure for what reason it shows up that way, but I had same issue last wk w/pckg I sent to NY. It showed up as stuck in a waystation & gave no expected delivery date. I called & was told they'd investigate. Never heard a word back from anyone, but w/in 2 days, they arrived to their NY destination. Hopefully, will be that way for you too!!
