We give Marc and Jeremy our highest recommendation! Woke up to water pouring from our ceiling. After our plumber stopped the leak, we called Marc. He sent Jeremy out within a couple of hours. Jeremy was extremely professional and thorough. The is definitely a quality company. They did everything they promised and on time. Cost was very reasonable, especially for emergency service. Absolutely recommend!!!

We had a mold issue at our condo due to a sprinkler malfunction. The HOA asked us to use Servpro SW of San Jose. Jeremy M was assigned to our job. He came right on time, did a fantastic job fixing our issue, and was a real pleasure to work with. If we could give him 10 stars we would. Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
