Find a no kill shelter.
Humane society is a better option.
No appointment required. They are a high kill shelter after all. I adopted a dog and i have to say they did a great job on my puppy and gave her the medical care she needed.
Take them to the Humane Society. They are not the best, but better than putting them to sleep. Also, contact a local rescue. Hope you still have them
No but if they r under 2 pounds they will put them to sleep
