If they are friendly and youve had them inside using a litter box you can drop them off at the humane society as pets and have them adopted out. strays have to go to Animal services.
You could check and see if they have room for them or go and check other shelters

The Humane Society is a NO KILL shelter. There a cat rescues that you can also call....ACT has lists that you can pick up. Cat call and St. Francis is another and there is 1 on Gulf port in St. Petersburg. Also yhe Humane Society will not take cats or kittens if they are not tame. At least where they can be handled.
