I have two big Rottweiler pure breed my dad just had surgery and he can't take care of them . What should I do and who do I call? Someone gave these two dogs to my dad.

Try finding a home for them through friends, family, social media, craigslist, etc. If you cannot find a home, then contact the pet resource center. It should be used as a last resort.
