Are people who turned in stray animals allowed to come visit them just so they'll be able to see a familiar face amongst several strange ones? If so, could that help with their behavior?

I was told we cam visit whenever I want. They welcome interaction with the animals.

Yes you can visit as much as you like until they are adopted. Everyone there is so nice.
