Horrible school, horrible staff and they should be investigated for fraud and racketeering. If you arw thinking of coming here as a student... DON'T!!!! Their program is designed for you to fail. They don't even have a color line they work with. They are not a BBB accredited school, which is a huge red flag. I just wish I would've known btter before wasting three months of my life, and costs me $500 just to get my transcript in order to leave this wretched school. Luckily that's all it cost me. Another student had to pay over $3,500 to retrieve hers. They never mention this at the beginning because that is more money for them when decide to transfer after not being able ro put up qith the "ratchetness" of that school. I hope this details anyone who has even the slightest desire to join this school. DONT!!!

The haircutting is pretty good. The short heavy Hispanic woman that says she's the manager is not very nice. I brought a neighbor in to get a haircut and this woman was harassing him. What a b.... I just lowered this rating because I went there at 2:30 and was told the people are done and are cleaning up now, come back at 5. I said what do you mean you're supposed to be open till 4 and then reopen at 5 and it's only 2:30. She said just come back at 5. If they're going to stop taking customers at 2:30 they should say that in their advertisement and not say that they're open till 4.

I arrived at 2:15 for shampoo and blow dry and was told I was too late. Before that I arrived at 2:30 and was told it was too late because I wanted my hair colored, if it had been for anything else they would've been able to service me. It seems that unless you go in AM ONLY are you attended to That is ridiculous

A very warm atmosphere with fairly kind people!Incidentally, my first visit was a disaster, they left me hurt and disappointed. I went for a texturizer, rinse, and trim; I left with strait dry hair (no wave/s pattern), spotted and engraved rinse into my skin (for which they couldn't clean off), pushed back side edges, and a back head merely shaped. Oh, not to mention that I had to wait 15 mins. after the application of rinse and blow drying because they ran out of beigen. Then they did it all over again ... I came in this place around 11:21 A.M. and left about 3:55 P.M., I'm a diabetic and hadn't been able to eat, yet had to ingest the smell of beigen while under the dryer. Look at the pictures and tell me what you think. To make matters worst, I asked for a discount (of the $48+) and they took off the cheapest item (the $3 haircut) insisting that I pay $40. I was in disbelief, but paid anyhow seeking to do what's right. Moreover, this was a bad experience for which I wouldn't desire anyone. After pleading with the gatekeeper, they finally agreed upon that I could come back for restoration; however, nothing was put in writing so I'll have to see! Oh, it would be robbery not to mention that there was an African American Barber with braids that was cutting every ethnicities hair with precision, I wanted him to cut and trim my hair. This could've made a big difference and it's something management should consider. Let each trainee that has honed their skill contribute it to whatever need of a customer, not let a unskilled barber trainee simply work on a client where they have not developed. I understand they're training, but make sure they've read the book, worked on some doll heads or even some simulations before just throwing them out there. This is not a confidence builder nor a good learning experience principle! Apply the gifts and skills where they fit and everyone will be satisfied.
