Pasco county animal services has a tnvr program. They will get fixed and rabbies shots for ten dollars. Also PAWS on 19 has a low cost clinic. The tnvr program the cats must be in a human trap for 10.00 and I am not certain of the pricing for PAWS clinic. Give these two places a call and see which you would like to use
