What a FABULOUS concept ! To Keep an animal in the "shelter" (Home) they already have ! Never before has anyone in the history of rescuing and saving our animal friends has this idea ever been thought of or considered ! This is what visions and dreams are made of ~ a different approach to what has previously been a tremendous problem in the past - the surrender of innocent lives to overcrowded shelters/rescue's where the fate of an animal was limited simply because their pet parent found themselves in a financial hardship and could not longer afford to feed them! Bravo for Raffle Rescue ! Giving animals a CHANCE for Life !
