Plenty of help at every turn. Website/App accurate with inventory. Curbside pickup could be faster from the time you check in. Often have to wait 30 minutes. I'm there everyday for hobby (woodworking) projects. Staff courteous and will go out of their way to help. Have recommended they put in benches to take a break if you are unable to walk through the store for long periods.

Clean and organized. The employees are ok. Some of them are rude others just normal. But the store itself is great to find many things for the house. I bought boxes to move since the have the best boxes.

We are new home owners in NPR and this store has been so good to us always helpful from the time they greet us at the door. If you want to make something bring pictures they will tell you what to buy and save you a fortune. Highly Recommended !!! This is why we moved to a small town best service always treated like family and as a woman I feel comfortable even going in by myself . We have painted our home, bought lawn equipment we now have grass, bought a 250 watt infra-red light for our puppies, built stalls and a puppy crib, shelves for the coffee bar and cleaning products as well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When I inquired as to whether or not employees get a discount, I was told only VETERANS (I assumed any status) got discounts. So, because your husband was fortunate enough to make it through physically unharmed they will not recognize his service with their very low 10% discount? This is wrong on so many levels it's ludicrous. I would write a letter to HD and cc the Veterans Administration so they can share this info with ALL VETS, EVERYWHERE. Perhaps if enough of our American Patriot Warriors start shopping across the street at "Big Blue" (Lowe's) Agent Orange (HD) will stand up and honor ALL VETERANS.

U can use cool seal and i believe they have seam tape in the same area
