Great service. Chainsaw runs like a brand new one. Dropped my chainsaw off, they called with estimate to repair, sent me a text letting me know it was finished.

Not a true wrencher, but do my own oil changes, air filters, tire rotation, etc. Ariens Ikon X52 zero turn mower suddenly did not crank. I went through the owner's manual trouble shooting list - no luck. The good folks at Hudson Tractor found I had simply blown a fuse. No mention of a fuse in the trouble shooter section of the manual. $61 later (.5 hrs labor and fuse charge) and I'm out same day. They also alerted me of rodent interest in the mower wires and washed the mower. In short, I was clearly a target for a dishonest vendor (ignorant non-wrencher) and these folks stepped up, treated my honestly, efficiently and courteously. Thanks to the fine folks at Hudson Tractor!!

Don’t do business with them! We left our chainsaw there for repairs, they held on to it for two months, ordered the wrong part and even though we were understanding, they still completely over charged us once they received the correct part and didn’t so much as offer a slight discount for holding us up so long. All the while, not once did they call us to update us nor did they give us an estimate before taking the liberty of fixing it. We pretty much paid for half the cost of the saw brand new!! Never again!
