Ashley at the New Port Richey t-mobile was awesome! She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to get my issues fixed! I got my phone at another store but they didn't get it set up right and it wasn't working. She got it fixed and I'm super happy now!!

Had a great experience at this location. Had some issues going on and was changing over from Spectrum to T-Mobile for the first time. The guys, Logan and Lou that were there were extremely helpful, friendly and patient. Got all my stuff handled quickly and they were both informative and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I just want to say that Louis is a wonderful assistant manager, but the store manager Matthew or Matt for short, is a not a great manager. He is no help and no help to his employees. Everyone there is wonderful and very helpful except him. Will not recommend to anyone.
