You need to talk to the staff @ the lodge. They will tell you if there is tickets or a waitlist. I would go and ask when you get there. Enjoy.
If I understand your question, you get into the hot springs for free if you are staying at the lodge. If that's not your question could you clarify it a bit?
Was there Sunday with a reservation. I did not stay there at the park. You can call or go up the day before
Currently the hot springs are only open to people staying at the resort or camp ground
