Expensive!
We paid about 330 per night for a room with two beds. The room itself was really small and felt like a $50 drive in motel. You do get an hour early access to the hot springs for free.

Varies. You'll have to call or visit the website. But it's only one of a few places in the park that you can make advanced reservations.
It varies. I forget what I paid but I'm kinda cheap and I found value in the lodging overall. Check into it directly and personally.
