Get up on the plateau east of Wenatchee. Lots of good stargazing. Wenatchee has lots of options for places to stay and eat too.

May be good idea to drive up to Port Alice a remote town in northern part of Vancouver Island, Canada. No major town nearby to emit bright light to sky can watch all the stsrts on a clear sky night.

Load the WSDOT app. Watch for SR20 on the mountain pass to open mid July. Weather permitting.

Lots of snow there now, it later this Summer (July) Washington Pass would be good.
