I got married at the Redwood deck which is in Hoyt Arboretum, further into the thick of the trees off of the Wildwood Trail. It's a beautiful deck that is surrounded by redwoods. Very intimate and peaceful. The pavilion is near there and also a nice spot for a reception area. You can get more details and book either spot through the Portland Parks and Recreation website.
They have a half domed stage surrounded by lush roses and green grass, it would make for a memorable wedding reception if you have it in this location. This is definitely the most picturesque setting for an event like this. Goodluck and congratulations to the happy couple.
