Nice water front park and trails. Lots of covered area for festivals and events. Large grassy areas but are covered in geese poo. Great views of the bridges. Not a lot happening this day.

A Portland Classic. Lovely year-round, but perhaps most especially when the cherry blossoms are in bloom.🌸

Visited this place first time and throughly enjoyed our time there. Good place to entertain kids too. Enjoyed the lovely cherry blossom bloom. It was very pretty to look at. Lots of musician n artists.

Yes. I find myself traveling along this path often. It is the people's park...
Yes there's so many.. like i said on here the other day.tom McCall is a beautiful park, especially at night.just dnt have a late night picnic, unless u bring extra food, cuz there's a billion homeless bums everywhere, an soon as u eat, they're gonna be like 😮😒, And you're gonna be like 😬😱😷😦(one or all those emojis) . just sayin.lol..but all in all, have a wonderful picnic😉
Metered parking and parking lots and garages only. Best bet is to use public transport
Thank you for the update on Jay. My love is always with him when he is away from me. Could you please send my love and prayers to Jay
The only free parking downtown is after 7pm...
Once you get to level 32, then all is revealed. Keep on traveling.
It's a better idea to enjoy it in the daytime with the kids. Downtown Portland is a different place at night.
Contact the city council or the mayors office.
Yes. Both the MAX and Union Station are within walking distance.
Smart park 4th and Yamhill. 8 minute walk
Not the big water on the main side. But i did see the small water on the other day on the other side going towards the black bridge.
Not yet
Yes you can there is 2 public beachs now. Poet's Beach and I can't remember the name of the second one is brand-new is on the East Bank. Plus you could get in at the bowl by the marina. But there are no boat ramps you'd have to go to Willamette Park for that.
no fee , but very crowded. Then getting out of down town can be very long wait.
Great place to watch it from.
Yes
You can contact them directly for that.
🍒 cherry blossoms have come and gone. Try March 30
Late March to mid April, but sometimes as late as early May!
I saw a few tables, benches, concrete areas.
Downtown parking is close!
