The full deal when it comes to urban parks in Portland. The fountain is refreshing on a hot day, and there is plenty of interesting art to see.

Super small park that consists of mostly of mud. The fountain in the center is decent and there are a few benches but lots of homeless people hang out in the park it seems. Smoking, begging/panhandling and trash. I would definitely not recommend this park, especially for kids and families.

It's looking realy nice lately . The element of unnecessary riff raff, trashiness and violence hasn't been an issue lately, that I have experienced. Probably more safe than general Portland is lately. It's a real park again!

I used to love this place. During summer they always have good events during the day, the fountains are fun, but once the sun goes down I would avoid the place as there are always fights, drugs being dealt in plain view, fistfights.......just not a good place after dark. Not the park to take kids to outside of summer, as there's nothing for them. This is more of a park where ya walk around and have chats with friends.
