Pros: I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this venue, I think the owners did a good job in making this a place you would want to spend some time and talk to people with. It also has a nice second floor patio with a pretty good view of the football stadium. There is a good amount of natural light and I’d say the people here are pretty pleasant. Cons: Dining options are pretty limited, I left still feeling pretty hungry. I would also suggest to the owners to invest more in outdoor seating, as I think there’s a lot of potential if they put in a nice firepit, some couches, and some greenery.

Terrible service, I was there October 26th at 10.30am trying to get my pass all the machines wasn't working I asked a woman who works there for help she was so rood and refused to help saying she doesn't care!! Why she is there doing if she doesn't care? I was so disappointed I missed my T and I runed late to my job interview. situations

The subway station is always closed on the weekends. Shuttles only take you to Haymarket. If you have to go beyond Backbay/Copley, you’ll have to make so much transfers to get there (not to mention the commute time).

It's handicapped accessible, it has an elevator. The downside, I've seen mice run around there, the 1 unisex restroom is not the cleanest. I wish they had a built in Dunkin Donuts there or at least sold hot & iced coffee there.

Yes there is a parking lot there, but you have to pay to park there. There are other parking lots, parking meters & 2 parking garages nearby but they also require payment too. I suggest using the MBTA instead if possible. Hope this helps, good luck & best wishes!
I always see spots in the early morning i ride the train about 630ish every day and there are spots you'll be fine....l
The parking at the Malden Center station costs $ 5, I don't know if the cost went up, regards!
Does it matter? Its a place to get around and into Boston. It doesn't matter the ethnicity of the patrons
