My daughter and I went in the store. An a senior staff came to give out the covid safety guidelines to try out the frame. My daughter followed the guidelines to try the frames. When she was done the selection, two staffs were serving a customer each. Two other staffs at front desk were serving one customer while another staff was wandering around. My daughter was patiently waiting at the front desk. When the customer left the front desk, No One bother to ask her even though 2 staffs at front desk weren't servicing anyone. The wandering staff walked by front desk and passed by my daughter and talked to someone else. I walked up to her and told her that we had our selection. She told me to go back. Not a way to treat customer with 3 nothing-todo staffs(looked like no one wanted to serve us). I told her that "Should we leave?" "Should we go(I pointed at door)?" Then she began to explain. A staff stood next to frontdesk staff said the front desk was pulling out my insurance before they could serve us. That's a lie. The front desk didn't know our name, insurer's info. What was she pulling out(in fact, she was doing other thing)? Nothing. After giving her our insurer's info, she printed out a copy but she didn't know what to do except asking us to have seat. We waited. Later the staff came. She didn't need that printout. She simply pulled the insurance info out of computer. This was their customer service. I should check the reviews before walking into the store. One last thing, they had sign for 50% off. When I asked, it was only for no insurance customer. It meant they charged full price on customer with insurance. No wonder our insurance premium went up every so often. Btw, there was a senior staff who was nice and friendly.

We had a prescription and decided to step in to buy some glasses. Staff is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Rachel was amazing, helpful and very well versed on the system. She made sure we got a good package on 3 different glasses and took care of the whole process quickly and effectively. Very happy with their work and cleanliness of the store.

Optometrist was very friendly and professional. Staff at the desk were pushing frames like used car salespeople, and told me that I wouldn't be able to purchase frames for another year if I didn't buy them within 20 days, which is just a lie. I was handed frame after frame despite saying I didn't want to buy any, and felt like I was greatly inconveniencing the floor staff when I said I just wanted my paperwork and would come back another time to buy frames (I will not). Would recommend going for eye exams, just be sure to sneak past the front desk.

Casey Caysie, has an eye for selecting a great pair of glasses. More importantly she has awesome customer service skills. Not only was she warm and welcoming, but she was very patient and helpful in assisting me to find the perfect frame. She is an asset to that store. Thanks Casey!!
