I have never had such an ugly experience.....there are though times when the waitress has too many tables.....but we didn't ask for anything when we went for a b-day.....we barely got most of our order......

We did curbside but I must say that the lobster was undercooked and they left out part of our order. My son really really wanted those green beans. 2nd time for undercooked lobster too. I don't think I would order from this location ever again 3😡

We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.

Not sure about Christmas day but they start serving lunch around 11 am daily. Surf and turf is the best steak and lobster in the area! My favorite meal, by far. Filet mignon is always cooked just right and tender as it can possibly be. Every time! Happy eating folks!
