Gave atmosphere 1 star because just as we sat down a kid threw up and it was left there for a bit. We were there at prime time.

Went in to order something to go and there were 3 girls standing behind the host 1 eating bread while other were just chatting but couldn't take my order. They had one girl in the back doing all take out ordering and bringing it out to the vehicle. Ridiculous and they were telling people a 30 min wait while they just stood there.

I told myself that I wasn’t never coming back to Olive Garden off of Katy Fwy! It was the worst service ever! Months later my husband took me back and I must say my server Niya was the Best! When refills was needed she did it with out us asking!!

Yes there are some that care about customers and some don't. That is in every place that you go. I like it because its different everytime I go there but most it's because my little granddaughter loves it.

Took family out to eat on 2/28/18 at 7pm @ Katy location and waited 58 minutes for our food... server said they were having issues in the kitchen and asked if we could wait 15 more minutes. We walked out hungry and angry. Terrible experience!
