Took family out to eat on 2/28/18 at 7pm @ Katy location and waited 58 minutes for our food... server said they were having issues in the kitchen and asked if we could wait 15 more minutes. We walked out hungry and angry. Terrible experience!

Recently we went there for lunch and it was really bad experience. The staff is changed a lot, before it used to be nice.

Thank you but we can't wait that long would have been my answer. After all they were having "trouble" in the kitchen! Geez

You should talk to the manager's, we when last Saturday and they had 90min.wait so decide to go to chedars instead.

I had lunch at that location last week and had no problems at all. Great service and great food.

What can you do when that occurs but walk out, I would do as you did. Did you speak with the manager? That is always the best, they may not even have been aware of situation.

When we went there no one came at all,our server just ignored our calling on the little device and brought food to the table after almost an hr wait . Sad. Thats the only Olive Garden in Katy area :(
