We’ve been using Right at Home for a number of years to care for our elderly mother. We’ve had some fabulous caretakers during that time (India, Kerrianny, Selene), and our current caretaker, Santa, is just amazing. She’s caring and thorough and pleasant. She takes wonderful care of our mother.

Are you kidding me with this 4.1 review rating is false! Unless they are serving the Haitian speaking community. None of the women spoke English. They needed to be taught not to scrape a pan with Brillo. No Clorox on white clothing. Their answer no speak English. This agency never had a steady homemaker! The last one I gave her some bracelets for helping with folding my clothes for once, I was so great full! She had no problem understanding that, disabled ppl get taken advantage of all the time. You can tip them or give them a present they will take it. That they understand English!!! They wanted to enter my home during Covid I said No. They dnt care about the Covid I told them I feel tired . I had to call elder services to speak with these women. So many times so many workers none speak English here! Fact
