This place is amazing, friendly staff and top notch customer service. Most of all they have reasonable price. Today accidentally I broke the bottled a scotch on our way home. Then I called them and explained them what happened. As soon as I called one of the manager she told us to come back to get the new bottle. She was so nice and helpful, it just made my day. As long as I live in Boston area this is the place I will go to and recommend everyone. Best liquor shop inside boston area with great customer service. Thank u Kappys and all of the hard working people of this place.

Brian was very helpful and patient and helped take care of all of our needs I was just in the store today trying to pick up a spare job, unfortunately the manager bob was not much help. It Lori Working the register was a delight, I look forward to seeing her again

This place is wonderful. This a major store, huge, with a tasty and large selection of spirits, wine and beer. I found the prices reasonable, the staff willing to share a joke and very helpful. Any time I am in Malden I make it a point to stop into Kappy's for my drinking Pleasure.

Alcohol is alcohol, but the "good" stuff they carry is dusty and somewhat overpriced. So it makes sense they are not selling much of it. The place is relatively large but they carry many off-brands with lower prices, which explains why they are not selling any of the good quality bottles. When I asked the staff about couple well known cognacs - they told me they do not carry those as they are not "popular". I grabbed a bottle for my friend's BBQ, and when I rotated around the back of the store near the refrigerators I saw a mouse running around. So bottom line, somewhat pricey, not the greatest selection, dusty, and they got rodents there.
