There are ups and downs but not strenuous. If you have a hard time with stairs in general I wouldn't recommend.
There are a few inclines, but most of the trails aren't very steep. We do recommend the Bristlecone Pine Trail for anyone who's looking for an easy walk (it's also one of our more accessible trails for various ability levels). Hope this helps!
A little steep with some and then it can get pretty steep
All trails as a nice walk, they slope but aren't steep. Pick up a trail map outside of the visitor's center across from the bathroom. It comes in handy for planning routes around the trails especially if you mark where you parked.
