I’ve never been good at asking for help, and it’s been extra hard the last year and a half. In the past I’ve always been able to skimp on stuff for myself but still afford food for my pup. But, the last few months things went from bad to dire. I was lucky to hear about the Pongo Fund through the Work Source employment department and I’m so glad I gave them a call! There were no crazy hoops to jump through, and no one made me feel bad for asking for help. In fact, they were all quite pleasant and, once I was able to go into their food bank, the process took hardly any time at all! I got a huge bag of food for my dog, he’s got a full belly and it’s one less thing I have to stress about this month!

The Pongo Fund has helped me tremendously during this very tough time in my life that I'm going through. both medically and financially , by providing quality food for my dogs and cat. I'm not one that reaches out normally for assistance with anything. But thanks to the great lady "Sue" that I met a couple months ago in similar situation as I am , she said that I should reach out to Pongo , that they can help feed my fur babies. I'm forever greatful to you

Absolutely phenomenal. Emailed this morning because circumstances have put us in need and I got a call back within like 10 minutes. Not only would they just be able to help us with feeding him - they gave him his specific food he normally eats. I'm beyond grateful and recommend them to ANYone struggling to feed their animal. Thank you so much to all those at the Pongo Fund. Percy and I are incredibly thankful for your help.

The Pongo Fund has been an incredible help to my kitten and me. After I lost my only income, and then my housing, I was not able to get my kitten the veterinary care he needed. I reached out to the Pongo Fund after finding information on their website about spay/neuter assistance. They were highly compassionate and were able to get me connected to a vet and cover the costs of neutering my kitten and getting his vaccinations. I wouldn't have had access to this very important care for my cat, if it hadn't been for them. The Pongo Fund has also provided high quality pet food to the shelter my kitten and I live at. They do amazing work and I am so grateful for their support in helping me keep my furry best friend happy and healthy during these difficult circumstances.

Staff there are volunteers and they do a great job you have to have proof that the pet belongs to you you're getting the help for and an ID card
You can find that information on Google by contacting their website

They are open one Sunday a month. Next Sunday is that day. If you are a first timer, you need to bring shot records and proof of your cat or dog getting fixed. Six months and older. Proof of income at 10am. After the first time they start giving out numbers at 12-1pm. Then they start handing out food at 1pm. Great program and great people 👍😁🤗
They are open the 4th Sunday of the month.
Please email us, the email is on our website. --Thank you from all of us at The Pongo Fund
