No, they don't, but they do have lots of resources they can point you to for low/no cost spay/neuter clinics. Usually cost at those depend on income. Call or stop by the cat shelter between 9-2 M-Sat to get more specific information. They do spay the cats/kittens that are available for adoption, but not in house.
