Kirk was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Would not recommend this location for passport services if he is working. I had my passport photo taken at this location and the picture was rejected which caused my passport to be delayed for months. Took my son in today for his passport & was asking about having them take 2 photos (to avoid the same issue) which I would gladly pay extra for. He was so short and rude and would not even let me explain why I was asking. I then realized I forgot my son's social security card so told him we'd be back. When we came back he refused to help us and told us that he told me to make an appointment. He did not tell us that and refused to help us even though there was no one waiting for passports. Really disappointed in this branches customer service and lack of respect.

I’ve mailed items for my Etsy shop a ton of times when I was in Everett WA. I would go to the counter and say I need a mailing label and there was zero hassle, they weighed my package and printed mailing labels no problem. I go up to the counter and tell the Washougal branch word for word on how I used to mail my packages and the lady was pretty rude and didn’t want to help me at all. She pointed me to the direction of a counter saying they don’t hand out labels for free and I needed to fill out a form. The only forms I saw was passport forms. Lazy, rude, unhelpful, unprofessional. I’ll be driving extra to go to camas. Don’t waste your time here unless it’s to buy a stamp because that’s apparently the only thing they know how to assist you with.

Excellent passport service! Samantha is pleasant and super efficient. Helped us through a couple of mistakes and got 2 passport applications processed, including taking the photos, in less than 30 minutes. Great experience thanks to Sam 👍

The staff is friendly and helpful inside the post office. However, the only reason I know that is because the person who has my route will not leave packages at my door. Any type of parcel that doesn't fit in my box at the street, regardless of weight, gets sent back to the post office. It doesn't seem to reflect our current situation with being asked to avoid travel and contact with others.
