Avoid if possible. They make you wait for 45 minutes at the lobby to verify insurance information but don’t inform that the insurance is out-of-network. I got billed a ridiculous amount for a 5-min PA visit because they didn’t tell me my insurance is out-of-network.

I have had 2 visits here. 1 in the ER, 1 in the Urgent Care. Both times were perfect, the ER wait was a bit long, but the care I received was great. My last visit was about a week ago, I was in the Urgent Care and was seen by a PA by the name of Elaine I believe. She is AMAZING at her job. She listens to the patient, does not judge, and treats you like a human being. I can't give her enough praise. Thank you for your awesome care ma'am, I was able to see my DR the next day and get my meds straightened out. 💜🙏

The doctors and nurses here really care about you as a person. They don’t just give you pills and get you out as fast as possible. My doctor took the time to help me understand what was going on with me and get me the help I needed. I am very impressed.

This was the best urgent care experience I have ever had. I went in at midnight and was seen within 30-40 minutes (the nurse told me during my intake it was an especially busy night, so normally it's even quicker). Very thorough, kind, prompt but not rushed care. Also pretty culturally competent--staff took the time to make sure they pronounced my name right and I felt welcome there as a queer person. I wish all of my doctor visits were this good.
