Clearly I’m at an urgent care for urgent care, the doctor is 15 minutes behind on my appointment and I’m literally dying of a headache. Also if you go to cvs zoom care is not the place to go, they had no cvs in my area cause it wasn’t in the system and they couldn’t manually input it. It’s been a frustrating visit so far and I haven’t even see the doctor yet.

I am amazed at the service each person provided. They were all so professional and kind. I appreciated everyone I came in contact with. The physician was informative and walked me through each step she thought we should take and let me decide. I appreciated her kindness and patients. The same with the phlebotomists. They each worked to make a stressful experience better. I highly suggest the team at this clinic.

ZoomCare Hawthorne (after the ZoomCare Grand experience went south) Made a same day appointment. They had a 9:30pm available (they’re open till midnight, FYI) Arrive 5 minutes before. It took exactly 120 seconds before I was in a patient room! . The PA Laura was professional, friendly and thorough.... Janelle was also. friendly & helpful. I felt completely taken care of !!! All of my aftercare options were explained. Best experience !!! This is why I can’t sit in a doctors office. I’m spoiled by the treatment at ZoomCare. Total visit $165

It is not a free clinic, though it is worth asking them about ease of payment. They've always been flexible or at least informative of other resources in my experience.
