The service was just fine. I was confused when I arrived at the service roll up door. There was no sign other than the one that says pull forward. Forward in front of the door? I thought someone might come out to greet me. No one did. So, I left my truck blocking the entry roll up door and entered the side door. Still no signs. Walked forward until I found the service door on the left. It all worked out, but better signs would have made my experience faster and less confusing.

Awesome staff! I called ahead to make sure they had the car I wanted. Test drove another identical and ended up liking the options and the paint color a little more. In and out super quick! It was less than hour from walking in the door this morning to driving off in my new car. Greatly appreciated the knowledge of the staff and their attitudes. Great work!

They fixed mine
Absolutely. As a Ford dealer, we use only genuine manufacturer parts, installed by manufacturer-certified technicians and sell Ford OEM and Motorcraft parts.
This is dependent on the make and model of your car and can range from $75-$400 per key.
We have increased the frequency and level of cleaning and disinfecting of our buildings, equipment and furniture, with special attention to high-touch surfaces.
Our vehicles and service loaner vehicles will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each customer's use.
Our employees are prohibited from reporting to work without a 14 day self-quarantine if they have traveled outside the United States or to a high-impact area (as determined by the CDC) or if they have taken a cruise. As a company, we have also suspended all non-essential business travel. We are also instructing our employees to follow the health, hygiene and risk assessment protocols set forth by the CDC.
