No soap. Out of 4 stalls only one works. All others are broken and have been broken for about a year.

First off, I tried using two power sprayers to clean up my truck and both of them took my quarters but did not work. I called the number that was provided for problems and nothing came of it. Also, this location is absolutely covered in trash. It looks like people have been using it as a dumping ground. I hope another company opens up one of these close by because I will never go back to this location.

It serves its purpose in a pinch. Usually find that only a few buttons actually work. Sometimes compressors don't work so well. Vacuum seems a little short. Also, a lot of off-roaders clean their stuff here so the bays are often muddy.

Please join me in boycotting this establishment. Here’s why: First off, the timer starts running BEFORE you have begun to render any services. In fact, the timer runs while you are still adding your quarters. On top of that, it takes a minimum of eight quarters to start, and there’s some type of mechanism in the coin slot that prevents you from loading the coins quickly. Second, when you select the “pre soak” button and the wheel/tire cleaner button, there is no pressure and there was absolutely no cleaner for my wheels and tires coming out. Third, the lighting is bad. It is very hard to see if your vehicle is clean when you’re in a pinch and washing at night, also, there was a local homeless guy just hanging around, so obviously no one’s checking on the place. Fourth, I watched the timer say I still had one minute left, and then it immediately shut off! Unreal!! This place is unbelievable! It’s like a rigged carnival game. Everything is either not working right or designed to take more of your money. There is no contact information posted to even talk to the people running the place, there’s not even really a sign with an official name! Just shady! This is not how business is done in the year 2018. Until they address these issues, bring your bucket!!! Or better yet, just go to Wash Man!
