Normally this place ROCKS!!! They have always been very fair to me when I needed any service. This last visit was very disappointing. They were to swap out my TPMS sensors from one set of tires to another and the shop guys seemed to have the mind set that they didn't want to do the work (it was just over an hour from closing). After the shop guy explained to me why they couldn't do it, the answer seemed legit. The next day I took the same wheels and tires to another Point S shop and they swapped them without issue. Come to find out. This shop said my valve stems needed to be replaced with a rubber stem, but the other shop said that is not true and swapped them right over. I understand days can be long and some feel like they last forever, but telling a customer a lie to get out of doing work is not acceptable in my book. Not sure if I'll be back, but for now. I'm staying clear of this place.

I really like coming here. They are always very quick and affordable. Nice local option. They were able to do an oil change, swap differential fluid and brake fluid in just about an hour on a walk in. Nice work. Also plenty of snacks if your on the go! Just did another oil change on 3/18/22 first thing in the morning in under 30 mins!

Took our Nissan Versa in because it had a leak that was filling up the passenger side area. I didn't hear anything, so I called on the second day for an update and was told that they don't do rainwater leaks. Why would they not tell me this when I called to book the appointment? This is where I learned that not only had they not fixed the issue, they had left the car overnight out in the rain so that it could fill with water. I am angry and frustrated that Hiway Fuel made such a hassle for me and showed such lack of care for my car.
