Took my senior black lab for an UTI. She was treated and I was kept informed during the visit. Yes there was a wait but when isn’t there a wait at an Emergency Hospital. During these times of businesses being short staffed we should all be a bit more forgiving. I will be taking my Senior girl back due to not being able to get her looked at anywhere else.

Slow. Got there at 8 and didn’t get my pet back until 1145pm and all they did was an exam and subQ fluids even though they called me at 9:45pm with the diagnosis. Two hours to discharge is ridiculous. Their prices are astronomical as well. SubQ fluids should only cost 20-40 and they charged me 70 dollars.

Dear MAASH -please do not advertise you perform emergency services because we arrived there 1 hour before "actual emergency hours started" -please do not advertise you are open 24 hours when you refused to admit my pet and tried to talk me out of admitting my pet "well the vet will actually arrive 2-3 hrs from now" "the vet will see the patients in triage first so that might take another hour or two"...such excuses -if I would have known my bleeding pet would've been a nuisance to your clinic I would've saved everyone at least a couple hours of everyone's time

The vets and technicians here provided compassionate and professional services to my Chestnut, a 6 years old English bulldog.
