You can retrieve deleted voicemails if you do it quickly enough through your voicemail on some phones. Like a trash can on a pc kinda... just automated and over the phone. Also if you do not retrieve the original voicemail along with proof it was deleted by said officer you're genuinely out of luck and itd be waste of time to pursue further action.
