As a frequent flyer, I can say Judge Aiken is very fair.

No justice in an unjust system.

I was issued a parking ticket down town after only 15 minutes in a 3 hour parking space. I went in Monday at 8:17 am to challenge the citation. The citation says I can enter a plea at the violations bureau between the hours of 7:00am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Except holidays. When I approach the window to present my citation the woman at the desk told me that I would have to come back tomorrow at 8:00 a.m. I came back the next day at 8:00 a.m. and was able to get on the docket. When I sat in the courtroom the judge was late as we were supposed to start at 8:30 a.m. judge Judy Aiken was coughing out loud clearly sick. She removed her mask and said that she had been vaccinated so she could take her mask off. She continued to cough and eat cough drops as she cleared her throat and said it was allergies. As she is not a doctor I'd imagine she would need to go for a covid test because she was not wearing a mask and people are approaching the area where she was coughing in. I think it is silly to say that this court is here to serve the citizens when all it does is punish them and steal their money. I could not be more disappointed.

Never have I been in contact with such unhelpful, sarcastic, and rude people as those who work at this district court. Good luck resolving anything with the amount of hostility found in this particular municiple court.

Call the court asap or a warrant will b issued for ur arrest bc u failed to appear
That would be a police matter might call none emergency and ask
Extention for what purpose of the citation?
You would need to do that at the municipal court in Creswell. Here is the policy for the Salem Municipal Court: If the defendant does not agree with the judgment issued by the judge, the defendant can file an appeal with the Municipal Court for further filing with the Circuit Court. The appeal must be filed on or before 30 days from the date of the judgment.
No contest, go to finance, online or mail it. Online there's a convenience fee. To contest, you still have to appear at the court as far as I know.
I believe you have to contact the State Registrar in Portland
Salem municipal court make sure you put your docket number on there
