Judge wouldn't consider criminal history as evidence in my case because we shouldn't "box people in" based on their past decisions. What!? I guess we should all just do whatever the hell we want. The court is more worried about coming off pc than serving justice. This country is going down the tubes.
Right On
Look up a video on youtube called ''The incredible incompetence of the Marion County Judicial system in The capital of Oregon'' and you will see how bad things are for yourself.

I went to get my name changed, as I'm transgender. Everyone was super nice and patient with my questions, including the people at payment windows and at security. The process of name change was explained thoroughly and in a way that I understood it. It didn't feel like an exchange of words and money, the people there seemed to genuinely want to help me with my case. Thank you, those who helped me!

What you have happing on is your son past due fees have gone to a collection agency. Company sell past due funds to collection agency for then to get some or all due. If you have file bankruptcy or died in your case then you owe nothing unless they talk you into paying something. At that point then they have got you on the hook for repayment of those funds.
Go in hahahaha I do relate. Been there.
You can call the courthouse and provide the case number. Or you can visit the courthouse and look it up on the public access computers in the re ords department. That is where you would be t copies of documents from a case you need.
Write the judge a letter explaining your extenuating circumstances.

Call the Marion County Circuit Court 503-588-5105, then ask for their records section. You will have to pay for a certified copy, I don't know if they can mail it to you or if you have to go in, but if you remove the Staples it will render it as uncertified, so keep that in mind.
