Says my package is delivered. Got Next Day Air package was not at my house customer care doesn't know or won't tell me where it is. I can't seem to get help from anybody. And the hours are such a joke because rest of us do have lives and have to work as well. We cannot take off hours at a time to track down a human to talk to. Terrible service

I couldn't tell if i was in the warehouse or the lobby and i know its a ups just there to pick up a package but it was just a little confusing that's all the employees where very helpful and respectful and friendly ..

People were friendly but entrance is difficult to find (it's on the left side as you drive in) and you can't ship off certain items from here. You have to go to a "UPS Store"

Ted is absolutely correct. I worked there as a driver helper as well and 8 pm ground and 430 for overnights.
You can pick up your packages at the UPS Distribution Center on Salem Industrial Parkway.

You might check with your neighbors. I have found that the package was delivered to the wrong address a few times.
