Have been waiting for my package that requires a signature- was to be delivered yesterday - delayed. Was to be delivered today and has not arrived. I get a text message advising me they attempted to deliver my package at 11:20. Since I sit in front of the window when I’m working I would have seen them arrive. Also a review of my ring camera determined their was no attempt to deliver. I guess the driver wanted to be off early. Wish my employer was as lax in my performance. Bring on day 3 of being trapped in my home waiting for the arrival of my package.

Horrendous service. Got a call saying I had a package. No tracking number or ID. Called back. Spent an hour trying to navigate to a human. Got to one, was told they could not help me without a tracking number. Sounded like India. Got the number for "corporate" in person via business card. Some dude on a cell phone answers. Said he didn't know what the issue was. Called India again. Given the same runaround. Horrible company, dump your stock and use someone else.
