I miss when this was mailboxes etc. They use to care about customers, go above and beyond. This new staff and store absolutely suck. They are rude, unprofessional, and will not go above and beyond, and most of them act like they hate there job. Don't waste your time or money here.

They constantly change their hours. On Apple Maps it says 7, but google it says 6:30, but today they closed at 5:30. If you can manage to get in, the service is satisfactory.

Poor customer service and flat out rude. The last few times I have had to do an Amazon return the employee helping has been short and less than curious. Today when I approached the counter with an Amazon return the guy helping me threw his head back and scoffed while the other two female employees whispered to each other and turned to look at my return and burst out laughing.

I try so hard to give them the benefit of the doubt but this new management here sucks! My daughter went to return a package from amazon the return clearly says you don't need a box, they insisted on charging me $6 for a box. This new group has fired all their nice employees and replaced with people who just give you attitude. Customer Service means nothing it all about getting another dollar out their customers. I am done with this facility even though it is convenient for me.
