This place is over priced ,then when u take ur car back the will rig your paper work so thay can charge u extra money .I payed for a 8 days up front when I got ,bk that said I only payed for 7 the charged me for a extra day .I made it clear I needed it for 8 day.i will take my business elswear

This place is awesome... Not sure why other bad ratings are on here?? Either they were just having a bad hair day or not feeling well. Who knows.... This place SHOULD be rated the BEST car rental office in town. Why do you ask? 1) Very Friendly even though very busy 2) Super helpful....they actually listen to your needs and give you the best options for your situation 3) Go above and beyond...Not just with me...I just observed how they interacted with other customers 4) The whole staff is superb and BUDGET Rental CEO and CFO...You do t know what a treasure you have in these guys. They should be named one of the TOP Budget Rental Offices in TN. They are kicking g it for you here!!!!! 5) They offer coffee and water to every customer....most hotels are not doing that these days... I mean...C'mon, this staff is rocking it. 6) Come here with a good attitude and realize they have limitations to but will try their best to accommodate your request(s).
